I am Cheryl Ann Lombardi. I have been doing CranioSacral therapy for seven years. I am a retired dental hygienist (35 years), which taught me a lot about people and myself. During my time in the dental profession, I became unwell and had no explanation for my many complaints and symptoms which led me to alternative medicine.

In my own pursuit of health, I discovered CranioSacral and the benefits of such a gentle, yet science based modality. It is in line with my  belief about wellness being a "natural way of being."

I study with the Upledger Institute and have taken advanced studies. I assist the teaching of beginning CranioSacral courses.

I am also a Reike Master and am very respectful of our "energetic self."
